SENIOR ALLOCATOR
Senior Allocator is responsible for the completion of daily activities that support replenishment, sales and inventory initiatives to make optimum use of the Company’s inventory. S/he acts as the direct liaison to all retail channels for stock level analysis and sales support and very closely with local retail team, regional brands merchants and logistic teams
Direct Reporting Line: Regional Allocation and Planning Manager – Sandro
Key missions are the following:
Define allocation strategy to optimize sales and inventory
Analyze store performance and update store grading to optimize allocation and maximize sales opportunities.
Forecast sales and inventory needs to support buying and replenishment planning.
Define stock targets and minimum buy quantities for pre-buy preparation.
Develop and maintain replenishment and stock shortage control rules.
Maintain and enhance allocation tools for planning, reporting, and analysis.
Lead daily operations and merchandise streams
Stream in
-Plan initial seasonal allocations from HQ.
-Monitor collection launches, deliveries, and replenishment orders.
-Coordinate with HQ Demand Planning on stock transfers and inventory release opportunities.
Stream out
-Execute merchandise allocation based on HQ buys, store clusters, and assortment guidelines.
-Execute and monitor stock replenishment to ensure timely product availability.
-Review store stock situations and take allocation actions to support sales.
-Work closely with Retail team to support store and market requirements.
-Coordinate store openings with Merchandising, VM, Retail, and Logistics teams.
Between stores/regions
-Analyze and execute stock consolidations to improve sell-through and inventory productivity.
-Coordinate stock transfers between stores/cross-region to support customer orders and business needs.
Commercial and marketing operations
Plan stock build-up and transfers based on the commercial calendar to support business needs.
Liaise with Retail team, Marketing and Ecom to ensure good execution of events in stores/online.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze sales, inventory, and operational KPIs, and communicate insights and recommendations to Retail and Merchandising teams.
Track weekly delivery status
Monitor and analyze weekly store and product performance and inventory
Support Seasonal Sale setup and analysis
Requirements
4–5 years of allocation/merchandise planning/merchandising experience.
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Storeland, Tableau, Scortex, or other allocation tools is a plus.
Well-organized with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams across different offices.
