职位描述

Position Description
The incumbent will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside University Office, including document processing, meeting arrangements, cross-department coordination, external affairs, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the circulation of official documents and coordinate with relevant departments in the follow-up work.
2. Assist in drawing up comprehensive work reports, preparing meeting minutes and translating documents.
3. Assist in the preparation for major events and guest reception of the university. Assist in the organization and coordination of various work meetings.
4. Act as the liaison between the University Office and other departments and serve as a facilitator.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager and Director of University Office.

Required Job Specifications
1. Required qualification / academic degree: master degree is preferred
2. Required experience: preferably relevant administration experience

1. Communication and interpersonal skills (English & Chinese): high
2. Skills in official document writing: high
3. Planning and organizing skills: high
4. Microsoft Office skills: high
