该职位偏TA招聘方向(无留任机会)。
Job Responsibilities:
Job posting and CV screening for junior positions and arrange interview accordingly;
Conduct screening interview of suitable candidates and recommend to hiring managers;
Fill in the needed HR data and information in HR related list;
Collect HR related files as required;
Issue the employment certification as per the employee requests;
Other HR-related works for HR department assigned by managers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR will be a plus;
Good oral and written English, CET-6 above will be a plus;
Good communication skills, detail-oriented and pro-active;
Good at MS office.
