Job description岗位职责:
61 根据销售和客服要求,为新客户和续保客户提供报价
Prepare quotation for prospects and renewal clients upon the request of sales and customer service team
61 根据公司年度定制产品进行更新和对比
Prepare the comparation for company group pooling with different providers
61 熟悉团险保单条款和福利设计
Familiar with insurance policy terms and benefit design
61 梳理团险各家保险公司文书材料,并进行对比以供公司内部参考
Organize documents and materials of various insurance companies in group insurance and analyze for internal reference.
61 定期参加销售和客服进行产品知识宣讲和培训
Attend regular training on product updates and knowledge to sales and customer service team
61 定期更新各家保险公司的产品资料
Updating for different providers products on network list
61 在确保质量的前提下,按时完成公司或领导安排的各项工作等。
Complete assignments and projects as may be required by the company or manager, under the premise of quality
Requirements 岗位需求:
61 New graduates, college degree, Finance or Insurance related background is preferred.
本科及以上学历,具有相关金融/保险工作经验更加
61 Good English (speaking and writing) and computer of excel skills
具备熟练的英语,熟练运用office excel 软件
61 Good communication skills, careful and patient, quick learner
具备良好的沟通能力, 做事仔细有耐心,学习能力强
61 Good teamwork spirit, conscientious and detail oriented
