Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Support the Merchandising Manager to be an integral part of Buying and Product Assortment plan, especially in analyzing past season performances to anticipate future product needs
2. To monitor sales, inventory and delivery status of merchandise
3. To generate and review periodical reports for sales analysis
4. Be hands-on in communicating with stores to better understand customers’ reactions to products and proactively understand each geographic market to devise better geo-merchandising plans
5. Maintain ownership of stock movements and stock transfers to ensure product efficiency
6. Develop creative, inspiring, and effective product trainings each season for the retail staff
7. Maintain awareness and sensitivity to the competitive environment, including but not limited to key competitor’s product offering, price, performance, marketing exposure
Requirements:
岗位要求
1. Minimum 1 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in luxury brand
2. Strong numerical sense
3. Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word processing
4. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. French speaking is plus.
5. Strong problem-solving and able to work under pressure.
6. Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded.
