Responsibilities:
1. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including hardware system design, bring-up, debugging, validation, and technical documentation
2. Design reference schematics and develop application notes to support product integration
3. Develop board-level diagnostics, test programs, and demonstration software
4. Drive cost-effective reference platform designs to support various applications
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide pre-sales technical support, including customer training, prototype/demo board development, technical presentations, field troubleshooting, and application workshops

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields
2. Solid understanding of high-speed interface design, simulation, and compliance testing (e.g., DDR3/4, LPDDR4/5, eMMC, QSPI, PCIe 3.0, USB 3.0, SATA, HDMI, LCD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SerDes, Audio Codec)
3. Proficient in C and assembly programming
4. Experience with Linux Kernel/BSP or Android is a strong advantage
5. Familiarity with electronic components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, ferrite beads, etc.)
6. Experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro is a plus
7. Signal/power integrity and simulation knowledge are a plus
8. Strong initiative, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
9. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
