This position is responsible for efficient and effective HR service delivery for HYGM, managing prospective and existing employee experience, ensuring operational excellence in HR systems & tools, data management & reporting, processes, communication platforms, keeping up-to-date all employment and employee records, HR related policies & practices. This role will support China HYGM Senior Manager, HR for day-to-day HR operations and recruitment for junior sales. The China HYGM Senior Manager, HR will provide direct supervision and on-the-job coaching and guidance to this incumbent including job assignment and duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Employee Experience
61 Manages Employee Life Cycle from pre-onboarding, on-boarding, day to day support for employee queries to off-boarding activities.
61 Pre-onboarding activities include and not limited to preparation of employment-related documents, pre-employment checks, liaising with other departments (Admin, IT, Finance, Sales etc.) to prepare for arrival of new joiners and with hiring manager on buddy assignment as well as announcement draft.
61 On-boarding activities include and not limited to Day 1 Welcome & HR Briefing and basic office orientation.
61 Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies & procedures, welfare & benefits programs, and HR systems/tools.
61 Off-boarding activities include and not limited to ensuring compliant process, liaising with other departments (Admin, IT, Finance, etc.) on access and exit clearance.
61 Meeting coordination and logistics for HR programs and trainings e.g. orientation, sales skill training
61 Managing employees’ contracts, leaves of absence, sick days, preparation of offer letters and other documents related to employment, organizing the signing process, archiving of documents
61 Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
61 Monitor probation confirmation and Labor contract status
61 Support China HYGM Senior Manager, HR in any ad-hoc projects as required
Recruitment
61 Handle end to end recruitment processes from job posting, preliminary screening, sourcing, setup interview arrangment, reference checks, prepare new hire announcement, offer letter and labor contract.
Data Management
61 Maintain and update Oracle system, e-leave system, job descriptions and employee e-pfiles (personnel file, personal database)
61 Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all personnel records

61 Above 2 years HR management experience
