Responsibilities：
1.Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and CDI requirement;
2.Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C Hangzhou equipment and materials to contractors;
3.Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report,(PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation
4.Perform quality inspections and report on non-compliance;
5.Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works;
6.Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report;
7.Participate to CCI activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists;
8.Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check, inspect witness, approve or reject work or part of work.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical / civil) or above;
2.Basic knowledge of related construction methods;
