Retail Internship - 零售实习生

We are recruiting for Retail Internship to join our amazing store team in Shanghai. As a member of our team, you will learn and acquire the skill and knowledge for excellent customer service in a fashion-forward industry with Burberry standards. By making every customer feel welcomed and connected to the brand, you will become the future Ambassador of Burberry.

Begin your career path with this Retail Internship will enable you to develop critical skills. You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team by participating in the following activities:

1. Learn stories of our product and engage clients through most in-season fashion pieces
了解我们产品的故事，通过最当季的时装作品吸引客户

2. Develop strong relationships with our Boutique teams, learning from experienced Client Advisors as well as best-in-class styling approach
与我们的精品店团队紧密连结，向经验丰富的销售顾问学习，打造时尚的造型搭配

3. Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering excellent service, in person, over the phone, and through social platforms
提供优质的服务，无论是面对面，电话，还是社交平台，确保一个以客户为中心的销售环境

4. Back-office activity with preparation ranging from stock take to delivery to packaging
参与后台活动，包括如何专业的管理库存、出货、包装等

Requirements:

1. Strong passion and interest in luxury retail and/or service industries
对奢侈品零售和/或服务领域有热情和兴趣

2. Available to work at least 3-4 days a week
每周能保证3-4天工作日

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

4. Positive, committed, and team-oriented attitude
积极，有责任心，有团队合作精神

5. Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software
熟悉各类办公软件
