职位描述

Job Description:
1. Collaborate closely with clients and provide expert guidance.
2.Support the Project Manager to ensure seamless ERP/HRIS project implementation, including business analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, deployment, documentation, and business intelligence report development.
3. Prepare user manuals, conduct end-user training, provide system support, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
4.Develop functional specifications for required customizations and work with the development team to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of project customization tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):
1. Experience in system requirement analysis, design, and deployment.
2.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics, or HR.
3.Background in Finance/Accounting/HR.
