一. 岗位职责
1.在销售过程中提供技术支持，向客户展示产品全系列功能，包括潜在用途、产品性能及优势。
2.为客户提供技术支持，解决终端用户技术操作问题。
3.产品管理：负责 PBB 生产的产品管理工作，与销售、模态团队、质量部门及 PBB 工厂紧密合作，解决质量投诉并推动质量改进。
4.本地化项目支持：作为核心成员或主要产品的项目负责人，参与本地化项目，保持与全球及本地跨职能团队的紧密沟通，确保项目顺利推进。
5.市场与客户洞察：主导分析内部及外部客户的声音（VOC），进行市场细分，推动本地化产品的成功上市。
1. Provide technical support during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
2. Provide technical training to customers, troubleshooting on issues that arise related to end-user's technical skills, experiment design and results of process development/optimization process.
3.Product management focused on products made in PBB，work closely with sales, modality, QA and PBB factory to solve quality complaints and quality improvement issues.
4. Contributes to localization project, as an key person or leader for main products, closely communication with global and local cross-function team.
5. Leads analysis on voice of internal and external customer, market segmentation to drive localizaiton product launch.

一. 招聘要求
1.学历要求：硕士学历----生物科学、生物化学、生物化工或相关专业，了解生物技术/生物制药的生产流程。
2.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与内部团队及外部客户协作，支持基于解决方案的销售模式。
3.英语沟通能力良好，能够进行书面及口头交流。
4.具备优秀的演讲与展示能力，能够根据业务需求出差。
5.自我驱动力强，具备主动学习和独立工作的能力。
6.具备项目管理或市场营销背景者优先。
1. Master Degree in biological science/biochemistry/biochemical engineering or related, understanding of the biotech/biopharmaceutical manufacturing process flow
2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
3. Proficient in English communication
4. Strong presentation skills and able to travel
5. Self-motivate
6. Project management and Marketing background a plus
