ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deep-Dive Product Analysis & Reporting:
61 Conduct comprehensive analysis of product performance, including sales trends, sell
through rates, and product lifecycle.
61 Develop and standardize regular and ad-hoc product analysis reports and dashboards for
key stakeholders.
61 Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable
recommendations.
Drive In-Store Sell-Through:
61 Analyze store-level performance to identify drivers of success and areas for
improvement.
61 Provide data-backed recommendations to the retail field team to enhance product
presentation and promotional strategies.
61 Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and in-store activities on product
movement.
Inventory Management & Monitoring:
61 Proactively monitor inventory levels across the store network to identify overstock,
understock, and aging inventory risks.
61 Analyze and forecast inventory needs to support sales targets and new product
launches.
Identify Product Opportunities & Risks:
61 Uncover emerging product trends, best-sellers, and underperforming categories.
61 Provide early warnings on product risks and opportunities to inform business decisions.
61 Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to provide context for internal
performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
61 Work closely with the Allocation team to determine appropriate inventory target.
Confirm product distribution and transfer strategies between stores.
61 Work closely with the Merchandising team to give product feedback for range
planning, buy decisions, and assortment strategies.
61 Serve as a key analytical resource for the retail and planning teams.
61 Provides in-depth analysis to the retail team of Turnover drivers with focus on
controlled business
61 Organizes and develops sales/product performance analyze reports
61 Identify and prioritize the opportunity to drive sell-through and WOS level to support
retail business to achieve company commercial targets
61 Analyses and interprets business results, tracks achievement vs. targets and proposes
corrective measures
61 Take initiative to work closely with Cross Function Team to drive sales growth ( ex:
product allocation; product feedback to merchant team)
61 Prepares ad-hoc analysis and presents analytical information
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)
61 3+ years of proven experience in a business analysis, retail analytics, or merchandising
analytics role, preferably within the retail or sports industry.
61 Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau,
SQL).
61 Demonstrated experience in product performance analysis, inventory management,
and sales reporting.
61 High sense of responsibility, Self-motivation.
61 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
61 A results-oriented, proactive mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
61 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple
priorities.
