Primary Purpose:
To provide administrative and logistics support for trainings, events and various programs led by Retail Training & Development team.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Training & Development to...
- Assist in all training preparations and logistics arrangement in coordination with internal partners and external vendors.
- Translate and adapt training materials from English to Chinese.
- Provide administrative support for e-learning platform.
- Research industry best practices and suggest changes as appropriate for Hong Kong / Macau market.
- Compile and maintain clear training record.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

The accomplished individual will be/possess...
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.
- Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
- Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships
- Good proficiency in MS Office, esp Powerpoint; H5 and Photoshop are advantages.
- Good at designing PPTs, image editing, and video editing (using apps like Scissors, Kuaikan, AI kimi, and Chat GPT).
