Shaw Industries Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, has made substantial investments in China since 2013, serving the Asia-Pacific region. We operate LEED and WELL-certified showrooms and offices in Shanghai and Beijing.

这是我们首次在中国招募毕业两年以内、对销售行业充满热情、勇气并渴望学习成长的伙伴，旨在为公司长远发展储备人才梯队。
This is our 1st time recruiting trainees in China who have graduated within the past two years and have a passion for sales, courage, and a strong desire to learn and grow. The goal is to build a talent pipeline for the company’s long-term development.

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 学习萧氏产品组合，掌握推广解决方案的技能，并学习专业销售技巧；Learn Shaw’s product portfolio, develop skills to promote solutions, and master professional selling techniques.

2. 在上海或北京：对目标建筑设计及室内设计事务所进行拜访，介绍宣讲萧氏公司和产品；In Shanghai or Beijing: Visit target architectural and interior design firms to introduce and present Shaw and its products.

3. 寻找萧氏产品可能的机会，并加以确定；Identify and confirm potential business opportunities.

4. 在目标建筑设计和目标室内设计事务所预约安排产品推广会（有内部协作支持）；Schedule and organize product promotion seminars at target firms (with internal support).

5. 协助生成潜在客户并支持客户获取工作；Assist in generating leads and supporting customer acquisition efforts.

6. 参与结构化培训课程，包括产品知识、演示技巧和销售方法。Participate in structured training sessions on product knowledge, presentation skills, and sales techniques.

任职要求 Job Requirements
61 教育背景：全日制统招本科及以上学历，专业不限；
Educational Background: Full-time regular undergraduate degree or above, major not limited.
61 工作经验：有销售岗位工作（不限行业类别）一年以上；
Work Experience: More than one year of work experience in sales (industry not limited).
61 体力要求请获悉：可能需要提重10KG（样品）；
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift samples weighing up to 10KG.
61 具有强烈的进取精神和服务意识，爱学习、正直、公正、有责任心和良好的沟通协调能力，具备同理心和利他理念。
Must have a strong spirit of initiative and service awareness, love learning, be honest, fair, responsible, and possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as empathy and altruistic values.

项目详情 Program Details
见习期为一年，期满后将直接晋升为客户经理，薪酬待遇同步调整。见习期间享受与正式员工同等福利，包括五险一金及附加商业医疗保险。见习生将接受资深导师指导。
The trainee period lasts for one year, after which the trainee will be promoted to an Account Manager role, with salary and benefits adjusted accordingly. During the period, trainees enjoy the same benefits as company employees, including social insurance, housing fund, and additional commercial medical insurance coverage. Trainees will receive mentorship from senior professionals.

完成培训后，见习生将负责销售区域，并在萧氏中国业务中获得职业晋升机会。
After successful completion, trainees will manage a sales territory and have opportunities for advancement within Shaw’s China operations.
