Job purpose: Merchandising & Planning information & fundamental coordination
Assist Asia Pacific GTM Operating Process including China Localization Creation Process, support in cross-functional operation alignment and merchandising operations.
Key responsibilities: List in order of priority, the key activities and outputs of the role, describing what is necessary to achieve the job’s end results.
1 Responsible for collecting, organizing, storing, and distributing various types of information related to products. Maintain and update the company's internal file systems to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
2 Assist in establishing and improving information management processes to ensure efficient transmission and storage of information.
3 Communicate with relevant departments and teams in a timely manner based on project progress and actual needs to ensure accurate information delivery.
4 Coordinate work among different teams to ensure projects are advanced on schedule, and remind team members of critical tasks and deadlines.
5 Assist in resolving information communication issues that arise during project execution to ensure smooth project progression.

1 A strong interest in product information management, with a willingness to delve deeply into industry trends and business processes.
2 Possesses excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of effective collaboration with various departments and teams.
3 Strong data organization and analytical skills, proficient in office software such as Excel, with prior data processing experience being a plus.
4 Detail-oriented and patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to complete tasks with high quality on time.
5 Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks appropriately in a multitasking environment.
6 Enthusiastic and proactive about work, willing to embrace challenges and quickly learn new knowledge.
