The Marketing Intern will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, gaining hands-on experience across core marketing functions. Report to Marketing Manager directly.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Market Research & Analysis: Conducting industry and competitive research to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
2. Content Creation & Localization:
o Translating, copywriting, and proofreading marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media posts, newsletters) between English and Chinese.
o Assisting in creating engaging content for various channels.
3. Marketing Campaign & Event Support: Providing logistical and on-site support for the execution of events, seminars, and trade shows.
4. Digital & Social Media Management: Assisting in maintaining and updating the company's social media accounts (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo) and website to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
5. Vendor & Administrative Coordination: Coordinating with local vendors for marketing collateral production and providing general support for marketing operations.
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) are essential.
-Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-A significant plus: Basic skills in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) or video editing.
