As a Management Trainee
1) Through change requirements or project to understand business needs.
2) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-base to create more synergy with innovation.
3) Willing share new technologies or solutions to business team.
Within Digital function
1) Assist with new system rollouts and project tasks such as testing and documentation.
2) Work on improving processes and connecting different systems for better efficiency.
3) Coordinate with different teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.



2. Role Qualifications
1) Good communication and teamwork skills.
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3) Bachelor or above degree in any discipline.
4) Languages: English (Mandatory); Japanese and/or Korean (Preferred).
5) Major in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics related is highly recommended.
