Purpose of the Position:
Under the guidance and direction of Technical Management:
• Maintain product master data in SAP system.
• Coordinate cross-functional team on process readiness to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure a safe working environment within the facility.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the setup of new product master data in the SAP system, including new material items, bills of materials (BOM), process routes, and production versions.
• Responsible for product master data changes in the SAP system in accordance with Plant Master Data and Change Management Procedures. Ensure all changes to master data comply with internal workflows and approval requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete process readiness per the new product development timeline, ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements (must):
• College or higher degree in engineering, science or equivalent.
• CET-4 English level or above.
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Internship lasts for over 6 months

Requirements (Desired):
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, DOE, commonality analysis), with experience using statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
