销售办公软件销售报表销售数据录入英语日语国际物流
【Job Responsibilities】
- Maintain relationships with both long-term and short-term clients.
- Handle air and ocean quotation requests, and regularly develop promotional pricing as needed.
- Promptly coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment and report payment status to management.
- Provide overseas offices or agents with high-quality sales information, and follow up on overseas sales leads within assigned regions.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining customer records.
- Support sales data entry and analysis, and help prepare sales reports.
- Participate in pre-event planning and post-event follow-up for sales activities to enhance team efficiency.
- Communicate with clients on routine matters, respond to basic inquiries, and help maintain positive client relationships.
【Qualifications】
- Recent graduate with a degree in Logistics, International Trade, English, Japanese, or a related field.
- CET6/ TEM4 or higher; N2 or higher;
- Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
【工作内容】
- 维护公司长、短期客户;
- 负责处理空运、海运询价,定期按需要制订推广价格;
- 及时安排客户付清款项,向上级汇报客户付款情况;
- 为海外公司或者代理提供高质量的销售信息,对指派区域中的海外销售信息进行跟进;
- 协助销售团队完成日常事务性工作,包括客户信息整理与维护;
- 支持销售数据的录入与分析,协助制作销售报表;
- 参与销售活动的前期准备与后期跟进,提升团队协作效率;
- 与客户进行基础沟通,解答简单咨询,维护良好客户关系。
【任职要求】
- 应届毕业生,物流、贸易、英语、日语等相关专业;
- 英语六级/英语专业四级及以上,日语N2及以上;
- 熟悉基本办公软件操作,如Excel、PPT等;
- 工作认真细致,责任心强,能适应快节奏的工作环境;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
