职位描述
工作职责:
1. 负责 HDD关键零部件及材料的供应商质量管理,推动供应商质量体系及材料品质的持续改进,确保供应链稳定性。
2. 跟进供应商质量问题,参与原因调查、数据分析与改善方案制定,推动问题闭环落实。
3. 支持新供应商、新材料的认证、评估及相关审核工作,确保材料符合公司质量与性能要求。
4. 参与供应商现场审核与过程检查,识别潜在质量风险,推动供应商完成改进措施,使其达到公司质量标准。
5. 利用数据分析工具识别材料质量趋势与潜在风险,提出预防性措施并推动实施。
6. 协助开发或优化质量分析工具、脚本或报表,提高团队数据分析效率与工作流程自动化程。
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,理工科背景均可,以下专业优先:机械工程、材料科学与工程、化学工程、电子信息、自动化、测控技术、工业工程(IE)、质量工程、统计或数据科学等。
2. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力,对数据分析、质量工程或供应链管理方向有兴趣。熟悉 Excel、JMP/Minitab、Python 或 SQL 任一工具者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力,思维积极主动,学习能力强,能够承受一定的工作压力,并能与不同层级、不同职能人员有效沟通。
4. 熟悉质量分析或问题解决工具(8D、FMEA、SPC 等)者优先。
5. 具备良好的英语书面与口头表达能力,能够满足日常工作沟通需求;如具备日语能力为加分项。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement for key HDD components and materials.
2. Work with suppliers to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
3. Support supplier and material qualification activities, including evaluation, validation, and documentation review.
4. Perform and support on-site supplier audits to identify potential risks and verify compliance with WD quality standards.
5. Conduct data analysis using statistical tools to identify trends and potential quality risks and propose preventive actions.
6. Develop and/or optimize analysis tools, scripts, or automated reports to improve data processing efficiency and workflow productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or related technical field. Preferred majors include Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Statistics, or Data Science.
2. Ability to perform data analysis with basic coding skills; experience with Excel, JMP/Minitab, Python, or SQL is a plus.
3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and proactive mindset; able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with different levels of people.
4. Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC is preferred.
5. Fluent in verbal and written English for daily work. Japanese language ability is an added advantage.
