工作职责：
1. 参与质量管理体系在工厂端的实施与优化，协助推进持续改善相关项目。
2. 支持内部与外部审核工作，学习并掌握审核流程及相关准备工作。
3. 参与质量改善项目的计划、执行与跟踪，包括数据分析、问题定位与改善建议。
4. 与生产、工程及跨部门团队合作，提升沟通协调与团队协作能力。
5. 在导师指导下学习质量基础知识、质量工具及技术方法，逐步承担项目任务。
6. 学习并协助项目管理相关工作，积累实际项目执行经验。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先（机械、材料、电子、化工、工业工程等）。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识，愿意学习与分享。
3. 对质量管理、流程优化有兴趣，愿意接受挑战并持续提升专业能力。
4. 具备逻辑思维与问题分析能力，能够提出改进或解决方案。
5. 具有责任心，愿意在项目中承担实际工作并积极推动任务落地。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in the implementation and optimization of the quality management system at the factory level, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Support internal and external audit activities, learning and understanding audit requirements and procedures.
3. Assist in planning and executing quality improvement projects, including data analysis, issue identification, and improvement tracking.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to enhance communication and teamwork skills.
5. Learn quality fundamentals, quality tools, and technical methods under the guidance of senior engineers, gradually taking on project tasks.
6. Assist with project management activities and build hands-on experience in project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or related disciplines (Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
2. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
3. Interest in quality management and process improvement, with strong learning motivation.
4. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose improvement ideas.
5.Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive progress.
