WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of your learning journey and under the guidance of your dedicated mentor, you will:
Gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations, including order and sample management, while learning how to ensure smooth execution.
Learn to navigate invoicing and reconciliation processes using SAP and customer systems, developing accuracy and attention to detail in billing and payment tracking.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor delivery, invoicing, and payment performance—strengthening your data visualization and analytical skills.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams on accounts receivable and account reconciliation, gaining exposure to cross-functional coordination and risk control.
Develop CRM data management skills by supporting data accuracy, regular updates, and audit activities.
Participate in audit preparations (e.g., SGS), learning how to organize documentation and support corrective action follow-ups.
Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team, building a solid foundation in business operations.
Take on additional projects based on your interests and development needs, with guidance from your line manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: Native in Chinese; working proficiency in English (able to communicate in daily work contexts).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., basic formulas, sorting, or pivot tables). Any exposure to SAP is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is what matters.
Soft Skills: A proactive and curious mindset, strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility are highly valued.
