工作职责：
1. 负责硬盘磁头与盘片在激光辅助磁记录中的性能评估及相关物理机制研究。
2. 设计并制定测试方案，评估影响磁头与盘片性能及寿命的关键因素，并针对不同磁头特性提出优化条件，以提升产品性能和良率。
3. 与磁头、盘片研发及生产团队紧密合作，深入分析磁记录过程，研究磁记录及光学记录相关机制，并及时向研发团队提供分析结果和改进建议。
4. 研究磁头与盘片界面相互作用机制，以及其对磁头、盘片性能和寿命的影响。
5. 与测试设备的硬件及软件团队密切协作，推动实现特殊测试需求及相关测试能力开发。
6. 支持泰国DOE团队开展生产测试及磁头失效分析工作。

职位要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，应用物理、光学、电气工程、材料科学、飞行动力学或其他相关专业。
2. 具有硬盘存储、激光相关领域实习经验者优先；对相关技术方向有浓厚兴趣者亦可。
3. 具备较强的独立分析问题能力，能够深入探究问题根本原因并提出有效改进措施。
4. 热衷于物理机制研究与技术探索，具备较强的学习能力和科研钻研精神。
5. 具备优秀的数据分析能力，包括数据处理、统计分析及结果解读能力。
6. 具备较强的自我驱动力，能够积极排查故障并解决复杂技术问题。
7. 具备良好的英文沟通能力。
8. 具备较强的责任心和良好的团队合作意识。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for performance evaluation and physical mechanism research of hard disk heads and media in laser-assisted magnetic recording.
2. Design and develop test plans to evaluate key factors affecting head and media performance and reliability, and propose optimization conditions for different head characteristics to improve product performance and yield.
3. Work closely with head and media R&D and manufacturing teams to deeply analyze the recording process, study magnetic and optical recording mechanisms, and provide timely feedback and improvement recommendations to the R&D teams.
4. Investigate the interaction mechanisms at the head-media interface and their impact on head and media performance and reliability.
5. Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams for test equipment to develop and implement special testing capabilities and requirements.
6. Support the Thailand DOE team in production testing and head failure analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED：
1. Master’s degree or above in Applied Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Flight Dynamics, or other related disciplines.
2. Internship experience in hard disk storage, laser-related fields, or related areas is preferred; strong interest in these technologies is also welcomed.
3. Strong ability to independently analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective corrective actions.
4. Passion for physical mechanism research and technical exploration, with strong learning agility and research capability.
5. Excellent data analysis skills, including data processing, statistical analysis, and result interpretation.
6. Highly self-motivated, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
7. Good English communication skills.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
