You will join the Legal Team in a dynamic, multicultural, and international environment and support legal-related documents and activities in accordance with company needs and the strategic guidelines defined with Pirelli.
Based in: Shanghai
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of your learning journey and under the guidance of your dedicated mentor, you will:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents for daily operations.
Support commercial contract reviews (e.g., OE terms, financing, motorsports, engineering contracts) under supervision.
Help protect IP rights by coordinating with HQ and local teams (Security, Sales).
Assist with government filings for corporate changes (directors, supervisors, legal representatives, etc.) for all Pirelli entities in China.
Support dispute resolution preparation (litigation, arbitration, administrative investigations) and coordinate with external lawyers.
Liaise with government authorities for business-related filings and approvals.
Take on additional legal tasks as assigned by your line manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s degree or above in Law (LLB or LLM). Passing the PRC Bar Exam is a plus but not required.
Language: Working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, strong willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
Other: Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus but not required.
