Overview:

Summer internship program provides students with opportunity to get in-depth experience with (new material development process and material characteristic).

_TMSM__ team aims at (developing disruptive technologies and innovative products to address the design challenges in power battery and energy storage system industries). We (leverage 3M core technologies to improve the battery reliability). We (follow 1st principle rule, utilize various material testing equipment to acquire material characteristics and various software to summarize & analyze testing data) to optimize our performance. (Quick response and iteration) are key to achieving next milestone.

Qualification:

When writing qualifications, think like a student, avoid elaborating too-detailed work tasks (e.g. packaging samples using mid-size boxes), avoid defining workload (e.g. complete 500 documents daily)
