Job Summary:
Support the manufacturing process engineering team under regular supervision. The internship focuses on learning and assisting with basic process improvement activities, data collection, and documentation to help enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic process documentation and help monitor simple operational tasks under supervision to support process stability.
- Support manufacturing process improvement by conducting basic data collection and using simple analytical tools as instructed.
- Assist in preparing training materials and updating technical documents for production teams.
- Complete other assigned tasks as part of the internship learning experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical or a related field.
- Basic understanding of process engineering concepts and interest in applying them in a manufacturing environment.
- PLC Experience：Familiar with Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC programming; relevant project experience preferred
- Programming：Basic programming skills, not pure IT development oriented
- Industry Experience： Experience in equipment maintenance, knowledge management systems, or machine learning systems preferred
- Project Capability：Candidates with experience participating in or managing automation equipment projects are preferred.
- Language： Fluent English business communication skills; capable of technical discussion and results presentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical, automation, machine integration.
