Overview:

The Summer Internship Program provides students with hands-on exposure to FP&A and reporting practices in a global business environment. As a Finance Intern, you will support the FP&A team on finance and reporting initiatives, work closely with finance professionals and cross-functional stakeholders, and develop analytical and technical skills through real business projects. This role offers guided learning opportunities using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with exposure to AI to support more efficient analysis and reporting.



Responsibilities:

Support FP&A projects assigned by the team, including initiatives to simplify Business Group reporting consolidation processes

Assist in collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data from multiple business groups

Develop, consolidate, and maintain Excel-based financial reports and analysis

Support the creation, update, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for management reporting

Assist with periodic reporting and basic variance analysis under guidance

Prepare documentation of reporting logic, assumptions, and process steps

Collaborate with finance stakeholders and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle

Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency



Qualification:

Currently enrolled Undergraduate or Master’s student

Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, or other related fields

Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail and logical thinking

Proactive and eager to learn through hands-on finance and reporting projects

Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment with guidance

Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek clarification

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English in a professional environment

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data handling)

Basic knowledge of Power BI or strong willingness to learn is a plus

Interest in applying automation, AI, or digital tools to improve reporting efficiency is a plus
