你将负责 / What you will do
1、负责 天猫、京东 等主流电商平台的日常营运（商品上架、活动设定、库存对接）。
2、通过英文邮件与即时通讯，与德国总部及海外团队协调新品上市计划。
3、基于销售数据进行基础分析，提出营运优化建议。

1、经验：具备 1 年以上电商营运经验（实习亦可），熟悉中国电商后台逻辑。
2、语言：英文读写流利（口语能基本沟通即可），需能独立撰写英文邮件与海外同事交流。
3、技能：熟练使用 Excel（透视表、基础函数）。
4、特质：对电脑硬件有兴趣（愿意学习即可，我们有完整培训），主动负责，喜欢有条理的工作节奏。

本职位无学历限制，只看实际能力。

工作时间：
周一至周五 09:00 - 18:00（中午休息 1 小时）
周末双休 ｜ 法定假日全休 ｜ 无大小周
备注：团队习惯准时下班，紧急事务可远端处理，无***加班文化。

What you will do
1、Manage daily operations of mainstream Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and JD (product listings, campaign setup, inventory coordination).
2、Coordinate new product launch plans with the German headquarters and international teams via English emails and instant messaging.
3、Perform basic data analysis based on sales metrics and propose operational improvements.

What we look for
1、Experience: 1+ year of e-commerce operations experience (internship included), familiar with Chinese e-commerce backend systems.
2、Language: English reading and writing skills (basic spoken English is acceptable), able to independently write professional emails to international colleagues.
3、Technical skills: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
4、Mindset: Interest in PC hardware (willing to learn — full training provided), self-motivated, responsible, and enjoys structured workflows.
5、Good to have: You genuinely believe in "work efficiently, leave on time."
No degree requirement — we evaluate based on actual ability.
Salary & Benefits

61 Working hours:
o Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
