In your role you will
- Lead an end-to-end process improvement project — Analyzing our current HR data collection process and engineering a smarter, scalable solution to replace it
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into a standardized, scalable process that works across all manufacturing sites
- Research, propose, and build the right technology solution — evaluating options within Microsoft 365 and beyond, creating workflow with automated validation and auto-consolidation, eliminating manual effort and reducing errors at the source
- Explore AI and automation opportunities within Microsoft 365 to push the solution beyond basic digitization
- Develop a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, including how payroll, HR operations, and people data are interconnected within a global organization
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the Summer Intern Program, supporting cross-functional communication and project delivery.
- Manage program-related administrative activities, including meeting scheduling, video production, and content editing to enhance overall engagement and effectiveness.



We believe you are
- Studying towards a Bachelor's or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Business IT, Data Engineering, or a related technical field
- Hands-on with technology — you don't just understand systems, you build them
- Comfortable working with data pipelines, structured data, and process logic
- Familiar with or eager to dive into Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI — bonus points for Python or any scripting experience
- A confident communicator who can engage with internal customers, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you can turn a messy problem into a structured solution without needing every step spelled out.
- Experience in video shooting and editing is highly preferred
