• 轮岗学习： 在材料开发、生产工艺及实验室管理等岗位进行系统性轮岗。
• 材料开发： 协助研发团队进行新型背胶等原材料的筛选、测试与配方优化。
• 工艺优化： 参与生产线工艺的跟进与改良，解决生产过程中出现的材料与技术问题。
• 实验室管理： 协助维护实验室的日常运营，确保实验数据的准确性，并参与相关质量标准的制定。
• 项目管理： 参与新产品，新材料的研发项目，撰写中英文技术报告，并与跨部门团队保持良好沟通。
• Rotation: Systematically rotate through Material Development, Production Process, and Laboratory Management roles.
• Material Development: Assist the R&D team in screening, testing, and optimizing formulas for new carpet yarns, backing adhesives, and other raw materials.
• Process Optimization: Participate in tracking and improving production line processes, resolving material and technical issues that arise during manufacturing.
• Lab Management: Assist in daily laboratory operations, ensure the accuracy of experimental data, and participate in establishing relevant quality standards.
• Project Management: Participate in new product development projects, write technical reports in both Chinese and English, and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
