Responsibilities：
- Responsible for formulating the equipment maintenance weekly plan, monthly plan and annual plan.
- Make equipment related technical renovation for the aging or modification of the equipment;
- Lead the maintenance, analysis and formulation of preventive measures for the major faults of the equipment;
- Support difficult equipment failure at any time to ensure production;
- Cooperate with process problems.
- Responsible for the formulation and modification of relevant documents of the equipment;
- Organize technical communication and equipment failure analysis to improve overall maintenance level;
- Assist the supervisor in daily work;
- Responsible for fault analysis, processing and transformation in the professional field.

Qualifications：
- Technical background with Mechanical major is preferred.
- Work in shifts(could be in night shift)
- Good communications skills.
- Good teamwork
