Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools to support business operations and improve efficiency
- Apply AI tools to solve real business problems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support projects and daily activities related to real estate management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to business initiatives.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Strong bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students major in Business / Management
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, such as Data analysis & visualization (e.g., Power BI dashboards), Process automation (e.g., AI agents), Productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted PPT creation).
- Ability to apply AI tools to solve real business problems.
- Familiar with structured thinking or common frameworks (e.g., MECE).
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Outgoing and proactive communicator.
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility.
- Willing to take initiative and adapt quickly.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
