Key Responsibilities
1.Independently develop new overseas customers through B2B platforms (Alibaba International, Made-in-China), global watch industry exhibitions, social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and targeted market outreach, focusing on distributors, brand retailers, corporate gift buyers and cross-border e-commerce sellers.

2.Manage the full sales lifecycle: respond to customer inquiries within 24 working hours, provide professional product quotations, negotiate order terms, confirm sample details, sign sales contracts, and track the entire process from production arrangement to final delivery and payment collection.

3.Conduct in-depth market research for assigned regions, collect real-time data on local watch consumption trends, competitor pricing strategies, popular design styles and policy requirements, and submit monthly market analysis reports to support the company's product iteration and sales strategy adjustment.

4.Collaborate closely with internal teams including product design, production planning, quality control and logistics departments, coordinate to resolve issues such as order schedule adjustment, product specification modification and after-sales complaint handling, to ensure 98% of orders are delivered on schedule.

5.Maintain systematic customer files and follow-up records in the company's CRM system, carry out regular customer return visits, continuously explore repurchase demands and potential large-order opportunities, and increase the annual repurchase rate of existing customers by more than 20%.

6.Participate in the planning and on-site execution of overseas industry exhibitions (such as Baselworld, Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair, Canton Fair), complete pre-exhibition customer invitation, on-site business negotiation and post-exhibition lead conversion work.
Strictly comply with international trade rules and the company's foreign trade operation specifications, ensure all documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declaration forms and certificate of origin are accurate and compliant, and effectively control trade risks.

Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Marketing or related fields is preferred.

2. At least 1 year of full-time foreign trade sales experience, with proven track record of independently developing overseas customers and completing sales targets; candidates with experience in watch, jewelry, fashion accessories or consumer electronics industries will be given priority.

3. Excellent English proficiency, able to conduct smooth business communication via email, phone and video conference, and independently complete English product introduction and business negotiation.

4.Familiar with the whole process of foreign trade operation, understand basic knowledge of international settlement (T/T, L/C), customs declaration and international logistics, and master the operation of common office software and ERP system.

5. Strong market insight, negotiation ability and pressure resistance, with a clear customer development logic and the awareness of actively exploring new business opportunities.

6. High sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, good cross-departmental coordination ability, able to accurately grasp customer demands and quickly respond to various unexpected problems in the sales process.
