Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant teams within the group
Responsible for providing customer specific reports, supplemented with high quality insights
End to end shipment follow up
Using operational knowledge to provide professional logistics / supply chain planning to the customer
Use our technology, industry knowledge and best in class solutions to support your team
Help resolve technical issues found in the system by troubleshooting and reporting them to IT for a solution.
