Job Description：
ABOUT YOUR ROLE

● Be responsible for accounting of costing and inventory.
● Prepare internal management reports, implement and reinforce internal control processes.
● Take part in any ad hoc projects assigned by management team.
● 负责完成存货和成本结转的会计财务记账；
● 完成财务分析报表，贯彻落实公司内部控制；
● 完成上级交待的项目等临时工作安排。
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

● Independently deal with the daily accounting of costing & inventory.
● Timely prepare internal management reports: majoring for inventory management and manufacturing costing, contribution margin analysis, inventory movement and aging reports.
● Arrange inventory physical counts to ensure the validity and accuracy of assets.
● Prepare quarter-end / year-end schedule reports, be familiar with Corporate Hyperion Financial Management system and financial system reporting.
● Familiar with costing and inventory flow in manufacturing environment in order to assist to reinforce internal control practices and processes to comply with statutory and corporate requirements (US SOX Compliance: costing & inventory).
● Work independently and with cross functional teams to collaborate on operation process improvements and effectively communicate operation requirements.
● Assist supervisor in ad hoc financial projects and management analysis reports.
● 独立完成负责存货和成本结转的日常工作；
● 按时完成内部管理分析报表，主要是存货及成本分析，毛利分析，存货帐龄相关方面；
● 保证处理存货会计科目记账，需保证其数据有效及准确；
● 完成季度年度报表，熟练使用集团的财务系统HFM和财务记账系统；
● 熟悉成本结转和存货制造流程，以助于加强集团SOX,内审对存货成本结转及管理的政策落实加强到内部流程控制的执行；
● 能独立工作，紧密与成本中心部门沟通协调改善流程得以提高效率；
● 协助上司完成项目，分析报表等临时工作安排。

Qualifications：
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

● At least 2 years costing or related accounting experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
● Good command of English in writing and reading and can do basic verbal communication. With certificate of CET-4 or above.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system e.g. Oracle.
● Strong analytical skills & manufacturing cost control concept.
● Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong inter-personal skills.
● Familiar with PRC & US Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Sarbanes – Oxley compliance is definite advantage.
● With ability to work overtime to tight timetables and under high pressure.
● 至少有2年财务成本或相关岗位在大型制造行业工作经验；
● 英语读写流利，口语能进行简单沟通，大学英语4级以上；
● 熟练使用office办公软件及ERP系统，如Oracle；
● 具备熟练的分析技巧，有制造行业成本控制意识，自我发展技巧；
● 良好的沟通技巧和团体合作精神；
● 熟悉中国及美国会计准则，熟悉SOX优先；
● 能接受加班及承受压力下在紧张的时间里按时完成工作。
