1.​ Records, reviews, monitors and enters customer releases orders via EDI or manual in SAP
2.​ Analyzes increases/decreases in customer releases and reports it to production management/production planning
3.​ Notify raw material master planner for increased customer releases, and informs customer if increases/decreases can be accepted
4.​ Records details of actions taken
5.​ Works close with production planning to determine status of parts needed
6.​ Keeps daily track of backorders, expedite costs, sales figures and targets
7.​ Maintains customer portals from customers
8.​ Assists in planning and shipping functions when necessary
9.​ Performs other duties as required or requested by management
10.​ Maintains customer contact list and updates upon notification of change
