What You'll Do
1. Maintain and update financial master data in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Perform vendor bank account verification through callback procedures and reconfirm banking details with suppliers.
3. Support data quality control activities and assist in resolving data discrepancies.

What You'll Bring
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (current students are welcome to apply).
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
3. Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
4. Available for an internship from October 2026 to at least January 31, 2027.
5. Fast learner with strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
6. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is a plus.
