Working Responsibilities

- Track and control the key points of the assembly process.
- Be responsible for the preparation of drawings and technical documents to ensure their integrity.
- Work closely with the quality department to solve process issues in a timely manner and carry out continuous improvement.
- Supervise the assembly process to achieve the production target.
- Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
- Coordinate to maintain equipment and tools.
- Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed.
- Continuously improve production performance and minimize lead time.
- Provide training for the fitters.
- Other work assigned by the superior.

Competency

- Graduates in 2026 or 2027, bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Robotics or Automation relevant fields.
- Getting in touch with cobots or robots’ implementation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, strong leadership abilities.
- Good at MS office and CAD software, familiar with ERP system.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- 2026年或2027年毕业，本科及以上学历，机器人或自动化专业。
- 了解协作机器人或机器人的应用。
- 良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
- 较强的领导能力。
