一、企业简介：
Company Profile：
2018年7月10日，在中德两国政府官员见证下，长城、宝马正式签署合资经营合同，成立合资公司-光束汽车有限公司。项目总投资51亿元，宝马和长城各持股50%，双方将在技术研发、生产制造、品牌建设和管理体系等方面进行深度合作，加快双方的全球化进程和新能源发展步伐。
2019年11月22日，光束汽车生产基地项目已获批，于2020年开工建设，建成后将具备16万辆燃油乘用车出口和纯电动乘用车的研发与制造能力。
2019年11月29日，光束汽车项目在江苏省张家港市正式启动。
2019年12月30日，光束汽车顺利取得营业执照。
2020年6月20日，光束汽车工厂在江苏省张家港市打桩施工，建成后，这座工厂将成为真正满足全球法规和市场要求的标杆工厂。
On July 10th, 2018, in the presence of Chinese and German government officials, Great Wall Motor and BMW formally signed a joint venture contract and will establish a joint venture company, Spotlight Automotive LTD., The total investment of the project is 5.1 billion RMB. BMW and Great Wall Motor each hold 50% of the shares. The two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in technology research and development, production and manufacturing, brand building and management systems to accelerate the pace of globalization and new energy development.
On November 22, 2019, the SAL production plant project has been approved and construction is planned to begin in 2020. When the construction is completed, it will have the R & D capabilities and a capacity of 160,000 cars including fuel passenger cars to exports and pure electric passenger cars.
On November 29, 2019, the SAL project officially launched in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province.
On December 30, 2019, SAL successfully obtained the business license.
On June 20, 2020, SAL start Groundbreaking in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. After constructed, Spotlight will become a veritable benchmark plant that fulfill global regulations and market requirements.
