计划通过两年左右的多部门轮岗，通过定制化培训和多样化工作项目增长才干，帮助新生代员工成为能够参与中国区新产品技术研发项目的技术人才。

The plan is to help the new generation of employees to become technical talents who can participate in new product technology development projects in China through multi-departmental rotations for about two years, customised training and diversified work projects to grow their talents.

招聘要求Requirtment：
1. 2024、2025年应届硕士毕业生，专业方向：机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程、材料成型与控制、测控技术与仪器、工业设计、车辆工程等工科相关专业；

• 负责收集新产品研发过程中的成本数据与投资信息

• 进行产品成本降本分析，识别成本节约机会，提出并实施成本降低措施
