Project Introduction
Supply Chain Management Trainee (SET) program is designed to attract and develop outstanding graduates from China and around the world, including international students. Through comprehensive training and coaching, broad career development opportunities, and continuous attention and support from senior leadership, the program accelerates your growth into a future expert and leader in the field of supply chain (production, logistics, procurement).
Based on individual strengths and business needs, SET can pursue either a Technical Professional or Functional Management career path, ensuring a more tailored development journey and clear career progression opportunities.

·  Onboarding and centralized training at the APAC Supply Chain HQ
·  Four Training Centers: Wuhan Brewery in Hubei Province, Putian Brewery in Fujian Province, Foshan Brewery in Guangdong Province, Wenzhou Brewery in Zhejiang Province
 
Training Departments
Brewing and Utility Department, Packaging Department, Engineering & Technology Department, Quality Department, Logistics Department
 
Career Path
If you are interested in technical pipeline
·  You may start as an engineer, production shift leader, etc.
·  In the future, you may become a function expert at Budweiser Supply Chain (production, logistics) headquarters or region
 
If you are interested in leader pipeline
·  You may start as a team leader, supervisor, department manager, etc.
·  In the future, you may become a brewery manager, director of production operations, etc.
 
Who We’re Looking For 
·  Graduates from the Class of 2027 or professionals with no more than two years of full-time work experience. (Foreign applicants must hold a work permit in China)
·  A bachelor's degree or higher is required, preferably in mechanical/automation, smart factory/manufacturing, power utility/energy, computer science, data science, food science, brewing/fermentation, biology, chemistry, logistics management, engineering materials, safety and environment management related fields
·  Proficiency in office software and common computer applications is essential along with strong English language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
·  Demonstrated passion for critical thinking and innovation with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
·  Strong work ethic characterized by diligence, self-motivation, accountability, willingness to take on challenges, and results orientation

Development Plan
·  Onboarding and centralized training at the APAC Supply Chain HQ
·  APAC Procurement & Sustainability HQ, Procurement Shared Services Center, and related procurement category training assignments based on individual development plans
 
Career Path
·  After completing the program, you may choose to specialize in a specific procurement category and build deep functional expertise, with future opportunities for cross-category and cross-functional development
·  Your career path could lead to roles such as category expert, team leader, procurement director
 
 Who We're Looking For
