招聘岗位

1. 量化期权交易员/研究员（校招 实习）

作为团队的核心成员，量化期权交易员/研究员将：

l  使用公司的自研交易系统和算法，发现市场机会，进行正预期收益的交易

l  对所交易市场和波动率进行深入研究，不断加深对市场和波动率的理解

l  深刻理解期权Greeks，并管理好相应风险

l  通过系统化的思维和方法改进现有算法，提出创新性意见和想法

l  逐渐成长为资深交易员/群组组长，并能够独立推动Business Case，将公司领先的算法不断应用到新的产品和市场上

2.    系统运维工程师（校招 实习）- Trading System Engineer

What you’ll do:

•      Deploy, monitor and optimise a suite of proprietary trading applications

•      Provide technical expertise/support to a high frequency trading floor in a competitive market-making environment

•      Continually drive production systems toward cleanliness, simplicity and reliability

•      Support optimal firm performance and hardware/software connection during rollout of new trading solutions locations

•      Develop fluency with existing systems, infrastructure and procedures and proactively improve them

•      Intelligently automate while maintaining firm human control

•      Script against configuration files, datas and logs

Who you are:

l  You are a pragmatic, logical thinker.

l  With a facilitating and enabling attitude, you always strive to find clean and simple solutions.

l  You are naturally curious about hardware and software, and how these interact.

l  You want to work on a broad range of projects and use various tools to best solve any problem at hand.

l  With a hands-on approach, you can look at code, figure out how it works and explore how to make it better.

l  You are able to clearly explain your thoughts through written and verbal communication, ask the right questions, and are not afraid to challenge defend a strategy.

In terms of skillset, we're looking for:

l  Experience managing day-to-day operations of software and hardware infrastructure

l  Strong affinity with Unix/Linux systems

l  Knowledge of networking fundamentals (multicast, TCP, routing)

l  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

l  Basic ing skills (Such as Python, Powershell Bash)

l  A client-focused, service-minded approach and a strong sense of urgency

l  Ability to handle high pressure and time constraints with composure
