【导师简介】

田玉平，1986年清华大学自动化系本科毕业，1991年莫斯科动力学院自动化与计算机工程系研究生毕业，获前苏联自动控制专业技术科学副博士学位(PhD)，1996年获俄罗斯自动控制专业技术科学博士学位(ScD)。1992-1993，东南大学自动化研究所博士后，1993-2018，东南大学自动化学院教授（自1996）、博士生导师（自1998）、复杂系统控制研究所所长、教育部 复杂工程系统测量与控制 重点实验室副主任。2018-2024，杭州电子科技大学自动化学院教授、博士生导师、智能机器人关键技术及其应用交叉创新团队负责人、校学术委员会委员。曾在美国加州大学伯克利分校、澳大利亚中昆士兰大学、中国香港城市大学任访问教授。是国家杰出青年基金获得者，国务院特殊津贴获得者。获第二届关肇直奖、第三届WCICA最佳理论论文奖。2014-2020年连续被列入Elsevier 高被引中国学者 名单。NSFC信息学部第十届专家评审组（自动化）成员，中国自动化学会第七、八、九和十届 关肇直奖 评奖委员会委员。

主要研究方向：

1、多智能体合作估计、优化和控制理论

2、网络化无人系统的分布式定位、导航与协同控制

3、非完整控制系统

【岗位职责】

1、与课题组负责人共同制定研究计划，相对独立地开展课题研究并发表高水平学术论文；

2、协助课题组经费申请，并在积极以负责人身份依托课题组申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金委青年项目及其他国家、省、市各级课题；

3、协助课题组负责人，指导博士生、硕士生、本科生；

4、协助课题组建设和管理。

【招聘要求】

1、招聘人数2人；

2、自动化/应用数学/电子电气/机器人等专业背景，已经或即将获得博士学位，能尽快入职；

3、对多智能体系统、无人系统、非完整系统等科研方向有较强的研究兴趣，有较好的数学或控制专业基础、或硬件开发能力， 认真积极；

4、以第一作者在其专业领域发表过至少1篇国际高水平期刊论文，英语写作基础好。

【博士后待遇】

1、聘期：24个月；

2、薪资待遇：年薪33万元起（广东省补助 15 万元（税前）及深圳市生活补助 6 万元（税后）），并按照深圳市有关规定参加社会保险和住房公积金；优秀者还可申请校长卓越博士后，申请成功后年薪可达41.5万元； 其他福利参照学校员额内教职工标准发放；

3、在站期间，可依托学校申请深圳市公租房，未依托学校使用深圳市公租房的博士后，可享受两年税前2800元/月的住房补贴；

4、博士后在站期间享受两年共计2.5万学术交流经费资助，课题组视情况支持博士后赴国内外知名高校和研究机构进行短期交流访问；

5、全力协助博士后申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及广东省、深圳市科研项目。

Job Description:

The SDIM department of SUSTech was established in 2018, with the core mission of engineering education reform. SDIM is a multidisciplinary school with diversified specialties in design, intelligent manufacturing, computer sciences and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science and engineering, and system management. The Intelligent Manufacturing research group is growing rapidly. On this research line, we are planning to build a new research team focusing on research topics including Control Theory and Control Engineering.

Job Requirements:

1. Number of recruits: 2;

2. Professional background in automation/applied mathematics/Electronic and electrical/robotics. Have or will get a PhD, can enter the job as soon as possible.

3. Have a strong research interest in multi-agent systems, unmanned Systems, non-holonomic systems and other scientific research directions. Have a good mathematical or control professional foundation, or hardware development ability.

4. Have published at least one article in the top journals in their field as the first author. With a good foundation in English writing.
