The Management Trainee is designed as the company's future technical backbone and leader, has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and tasks of Santoni's business development, and be prepared for rapid growth in the organization. 工作职责：Job Responsibilities

在为期12个月的实习计划中，您将在生产，研发，售后进行学习和进行改善项目，以深入了解生产，研发，销售等不同职能。

During the 12-month trainee program, you will learn and participate improvement projects in production, R&D, after-sales to gain an in-depth understanding of different functions requirement and challenge

该计划包括三个阶段，The program consists of three phases,

? 建立您的基础：您将加入我们开始为期一周的行业知识，产品知识，职业素养的培训。

Build your foundation: You will join us to begin a week of training in industry knowledge, product knowledge, and professionalism.

? 探索新的视野：您将在选定的部门进行3次职能轮换，了解业务流程，行业特点及客户需求

Explore new horizons: You will take 3 functional rotations in selected departments to understand business processes, industry characteristics and customer needs

? 获得战略洞察力：您将参与一个圣东尼集团现行跨职能项目来解决实际问题

Gain strategic insight: You will be involved in an ongoing Santoni Group cross-functional project to solve real problems

参与圣东尼持续改善和数字化转型项目，包括流程优化，成本项目管理，数据可视化，自动化决策项目等，以推动创新与变革，连接业务战略与生产运营，提高效率与产出，快速反应客户需求，助力业务发展。

Participate in Santoni's continuous improvement and digital transformation projects, including process optimization, cost optimize project, data visualization, automated decision-making projects, etc., to drive innovation and change, connect business strategy and production operations, improve efficiency and output, respond quickly to customer needs, and help business development.

同时我们为每一位管培生配备导师，提供全程辅导和工作经验分享。圣东尼为优秀毕业生度身打造未来经理人职业发展道路，可望今后将在圣东尼中国乃至全球范围内有进一步发展的机会。

At the same time, we provide a mentor for each management trainee to provide full coaching and work experience sharing. 任职要求：qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，机械，工程，电子，纺织工程等应届毕业生及毕业内一年学生均可。

Bachelor degree or above, fresh graduates of mechanical, engineering, electronics, textile engineering, etc., and students within one year of graduation.

2. 乐于学习，对新技术、数字化和数据分析感兴趣

Willing to learn and interested in new technologies, digitalization and data analytics

3. 一定的英语口头和书面交流能力，能够与各级管理人员有效互动

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and be able to interact effectively with managers at all levels

4. 较强的解决问题和分析能力，极强的持续学习和自我发展能力

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong continuous learning and self-development skills

5. 适应多部门轮岗。愿意并有动力成为未来的领导者

Adapt to multi-department rotation. Willing and motivated to be a future leader
