Role Summary:
Responsible for development of the core/infrastructure software application, software Verification for different avionics systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Software Requirements, Architecture, Design, Coding.
2. IMA Platform Software Integration.
3. Understanding and execution of all assigned tasks meeting requirements within assigned budget and schedule.
4. Maintain awareness of efforts within group and interfaces to assure technical quality excellence, timely completion of work and reviews, and responsiveness to customer / program needs.
5. Communication of technical information between organizations and within work group.
6. Communicate with leads on technical, cost, schedule, and personnel issues.
7. Communicate progress to leads and customers.

Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field.
2. Master in C, C# or Ada.
3. Strong English and Chinese oral and written communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to organize information and make timely and sound suggestions.
6. Ability to consistently produce high quality work in a production environment.

Qualifications Desired:
1. Experience with documentation practices and requirements.
2. Knowledge of real time embedded avionics software development and testing.
3. Knowledge of software architecture development and integration process.
4. Knowledge of processing platforms, network products, and operating systems.
5. Knowledge of DO-178B, DO-254, DO-297, ARP 4754 certification standards.
6. Knowledge of ARINC 653, ARINC 664, ARINC 429, ARINC 615A, ARINC 661 and other industry standards. 公司简要介绍：
