Role Summary:
The system engineer is responsible for development of IMA system solutions. In this role you will work in system team, cooperate with peers from cross teams like software, hardware, safety, reliability, certification, quality…etc. to complete the assigned scope.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop system requirement, interface, architecture for assigned scope.
2. Define action plans to response problems.
3. Develop technical solution options and perform trade off to solve problems.
4. Develop system life cycle artifacts for certification objectives.
5. Manage system life cycle data use configuration management tools.
6. Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and customers.
7. Work with different time zone engineers for assigned tasks.
8. Ensure the documents and technical data generate for assigned task consistent with engineering policies, process and procedures.
9. Ensure the assigned tasks complete with program schedule.
10. Develop knowledge and competency for assigned technical areas .

Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, communication, aviation, electrical engineering, computer or other related majors.
2. Knowledge of avionics systems and products.
3. Have analytical inductive mind.
4. Good sense of teamwork.
5. Passionate about the aviation industry, willing to innovate and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, willing to accept the challenge and exercise in a global diversified team. 公司简要介绍：
