岗位职责
61 平台运维：协助打理公众号、视频号、抖音、小红书、领英及官网日常运营，保障各平台日常更新与运维顺畅。
61 内容运营：配合完成内容全流程工作，参与选题策划、素材搜集、文案撰写、图文排版、基础视频剪辑及内容发布；及时回复评论私信，处理简易用户反馈。
61 线下活动：协助落地线下展会、市场推广等活动，负责前期物料筹备、现场执行协助、内外流程对接，助力活动顺利开展。
61 其他工作：完成领导交办的各项临时任务，配合团队完成市场宣传、品牌推广等协同工作。

任职要求
61 基础能力：具备基础文案撰写、内容策划能力，可快速上手基础图文、短视频内容产出，做事细心踏实、不拖沓。
61 平台认知：熟悉公众号、抖音、小红书等主流新媒体平台操作规则与基础运营玩法，有相关账号运营经验者优先录用。
61 技能要求：熟练使用Office办公软件，掌握基础PS/AI图文处理、剪映等视频剪辑技能，能独立完成简易后期工作。
