岗位概述/Position Summary:
我们正在寻找一位积极主动、注重细节的实习生加入我们的售后团队。将主要支持Oracle系统售后流程操作与库存管理，并兼顾基础的产品售后技术协助工作。这是深入了解企业售后运营、ERP系统及技术服务的绝佳机会。
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our After-Sales team. He/She will primarily support after-sales process operations within the Oracle system and inventory management, while also assisting with basic post-sales technical product support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of enterprise after-sales operations, ERP systems, and technical service.
主要职责/Key Responsibilities:

● Oracle系统流程操作 (Oracle System Process Operations):
● 在指导下，于Oracle系统中处理售后相关工单、服务请求及CRO（客户返修操作）流程。
● Under guidance, process after-sales work orders, service requests, and CRO (Customer Return Operation) workflows within the Oracle system.
● 确保系统数据的准确录入、更新与维护。
● Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance within the system.
● 库存与备件管理 (Inventory & Spare Parts Management):
● 协助监控和管理售后备件安全库存水平，支持物理盘点。
● Assist in monitoring and managing service spare parts safety inventory levels, and support physical regular checking.
● 产品售后技术支持 (Product Technical Support):
● 协助工程师处理基础的产品技术咨询，进行初步问题排查。
● Assist engineers in handling basic product technical inquiries and conducting initial troubleshooting.
● 整理和归档技术文档、案例与解决方案。
● Organize and archive technical documentation, cases, and solutions.
● 沟通与协调 (Communication & Coordination):
● 作为内部支持团队与客户之间的沟通桥梁。
● Act as a communication bridge between the internal support team and customers.
● 准备基础的服务报告与数据汇总。
● Prepare basic service reports and data summaries.

任职要求/Qualifications:

● 教育背景 (Education):
● 本科或研究生在校生，主修工业工程、机械、自动化或相关理工科专业优先。
● Current undergraduate students, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related STEM fields is preferred.
● 技能与能力 (Skills & Abilities):
● 具备基本的英语读写能力（大学英语四级或同等水平以上）。
● Basic written and write skills in English (CET-4 or equivalent level and above).
● 出色的中文沟通与协调能力，积极主动，有服务意识。
● Excellent Chinese communication and coordination skills, proactive with a service mindset.
● 学习能力强，注重细节，能处理多任务。
● Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
● 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（特别是Excel）。
● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
● 优先条件 (Preferred):
● 有企业管理系统（如Oracle EBS, SAP,金蝶等）使用或了解经验者优先。
● Prior exposure to or understanding of Enterprise Management Systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, Kingdee) is a plus.
● 对技术、机械或电子产品有兴趣者优先。
● Interest in technical, mechanical, or electronic products is a plus.
● 可以长期实习，有转正机会
● Can join the long-term internship with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee
● 每周至少出勤3天
● Work at least 3 days per week
