Responsibilities:
- Improve product performance and provide technical solution for engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals.
- Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, to implement engineering qualification & project as required.
- Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance.
- Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree is preferred, majored in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc.
- Hardworking, diligent, good ownership and teamwork.
- Effective communication and feedback in closed loop, good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn more with good discipline, and process statistical control capability is preferred.
- Microsoft office skills are required.
