Responsibilities:
- Improve product performance and provide technical solution in engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals;
- Investigate & analyze process & equipment, to implement engineering & project as required;
- Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance;
- Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability;
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree(Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc)and major in Electronics Engineering is preferred;
- Hard working, diligent, good ownership and teamwork;
- Effective communication and feedback in closed loop, good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus;
- Strong desire to learn more with good discipline, and process statistical control capability is preferred;
- Microsoft office skills is required.
